DH&EH Hire Terms:

1) All goods hired remain the property of DH&EH, and expect due care to be taken during the transport and use of hired goods. 

2) All advertised pricing is based on pick up Morphett Vale unless otherwise stated

3) Goods listed needs to be checked by the hirer upon delivery & will be rechecked upon return 

4) The hirer is responsible for any damage, loss or breakage to goods from the time of pick up until returned or collected by DH&EH. 

5) Goods must be returned cleaned or a cleaning fee of $30per 15min will apply. Hirer agrees to wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes to reduce the spread of germs & ensure glasses & crockery are all washed and dried. 

6) Marquee area must be cleared of animal droppings before erecting. 

7) Marquees can stain easily – please do not use crepe paper streamers, party poppers around the marquee area. 

8) Bond required for Marquee – Bond will be returned upon delivery if no damage or cleaning is required. 

9) If DH&EH are collecting Chairs and tables must be clean and stacked ready for collection & Marquee neatly packed away in bag provided– if not additional charges apply ($30per 15mins) 

10) All monies are to be paid & cleared into the below account prior to delivery or on pick up in cash

11) Price quoted is for one day hire (24hrs) on all products except chair covers & cutlery (chair covers & cutlery have a 4 day hire) – Extra charges apply for late returns. 

12) Any debt and or legal fees incurred will be borne by the hirer. 

13) Delivery isn’t included in hire price - see below for delivery info. 

14) If delivery is quoted delivery cost is based on delivery & pick up – based on suburb & no of staff required (on a case by case situation). 

15) Delivery price quoted does not include set up or unpacking – please discuss prior to delivery with the team if this is required. 

16) DH&EH Deliver weekdays. We are open for 2 hrs Saturday morning between 8-10am & 1 hrs Sunday afternoon between 3-4pm for pick up and collection. (Please discuss with DH&EH staff if your requirement is outside of this)

17) All delivery quotes are based on easy access. For difficult access situations there will be additional charges as discussed please flag this early with staff.
